Shipping Policy

At Asharys Design, we provide you with exceptional service and flexibility throughout the shipping process for your furniture and decor purchases. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction, and we offer a comprehensive delivery service that focuses on the careful handling of every detail, making your experience seamless and worry-free.

Order Processing and Delivery Scheduling:

Our goal is to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, tailored to your preferred delivery date. For your convenience, all items within a single order will be shipped together. We provide you with an estimated delivery timeline when you place your order. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal closest to your location, the carrier will contact you directly to coordinate the delivery to your residence or place of business. During delivery, please ensure you are available to accept the shipment during a scheduled 4-hour window. For orders shipped with UPS or small parcel carriers, delivery will occur in accordance with the tracking details, and no direct scheduling will be needed.

Inspection and Noting of Issues:

Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to visually inspect the packaging and, if any issues are observed, please make note of them alongside your signature on the delivery paperwork. Additional charges may apply for requests such as adding items to your order after it has been prepared for shipment, opting for evening or weekend delivery, and availability of weekend delivery may vary by location. If you have chosen the pick-up option for your order, we request that you wait for confirmation from the warehouse before collecting your order.

Shipping Times:

While we strive to ensure that most of our orders adhere to the estimated lead times, please understand that shipping times are approximate due to various factors during transit. Asharys Design cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to shipping or delivery delays. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Methods:

Asharys Design offers two primary shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: This method includes delivery to the threshold, which is defined as the “first dry area,” such as a garage or the lobby/service area of a high-rise building. It’s important to note that Standard delivery does not encompass inside delivery, assembly, or removal of debris/packaging. A signature is required for all Standard deliveries unless shipped with UPS or small parcel carriers. Standard shipments typically have an estimated transit time of 2-3 weeks in the US and 2-4 weeks in Canada.

White Glove Shipping: This comprehensive service includes a delivery appointment, inside placement up to 1 flight of stairs, assembly, and removal of large packaging materials. Please retain the packaging if you are considering a return. However, please be aware that this service does not cover the installation of wall mounts for products using French Cleats or the installation of light fixtures. White glove shipments generally have an estimated transit time of 2-3 weeks in the US and 2-4 weeks in Canada.
