This warranty encompasses manufacturing defects in Asharys Design furniture.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?
Commencing from the date of delivery, this warranty lasts for 5 years for any metal or solid wood structural issues in residential, non-commercial usage. For soft parts and workmanship-related concerns, it extends for 1 year. Examples of issues covered within the 1-year warranty include threading, piping, buttons, rubber components, and parts bonded with glue that become detached during residential, non-commercial usage.
For Asharys Design Outdoor Furniture, this warranty extends for 3 years for any metal structural issues in residential, non-commercial usage. Similarly, it lasts for 1 year for soft parts and workmanship-related concerns, such as piping, decorative fabric, or rope features. Examples of issues covered within the 1-year warranty are threading and parts bonded with glue that become detached during residential, non-commercial usage. Please note that outdoor furniture covers are not included in our Asharys Design Limited Warranty.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty excludes marble, paint, leather, metal finish, fabric, fiberglass, foams, plywood, rugs, veneers, cushioning, and coating materials. Asharys Design’ furniture not explicitly specified for outdoor use is not covered for damage or defects resulting from outdoor use. Any issues caused by abuse, misuse, acts of nature (such as wind, flood, or freezing water, including splitting and breakage from water accumulation in tubing), animal damage, burn marks (including those from sunlight passing through liquid-filled glass that can act as a magnifying lens), fading, staining, and mildewing of fabrics, compression of cushion fillings/fiber, and failure to maintain and care for the furniture adequately are not covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Coverage ceases if you sell or transfer the furniture. If the products are relocated from the mainland US & Canada, the warranty is considered void.
